Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments with precision and professionalism
  • Respond to and resolve voicemail messages, abandoned and missed calls from customers in a timely and courteous manner
  • Handle customer requests via email, webchat, and text, resolving issues with empathy and expertise
  • Deliver call scripts clearly, compellingly, and with a personable touch, ensuring a exceptional customer experience
  • Maintain and update customer databases with complete and accurate information, adhering to company standards
  • Collaborate with dispatch to ensure seamless customer service and 5-Star experiences
  • Provide additional support to the team as needed, demonstrating a flexible and team-oriented approach
  • Requirements:

    • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
    • Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience in a phone-based role, with experience in the home services industry preferred
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite, ability to type at least 40 WPM, and multitasking capabilities
    • Soft Skills: Clear, kind, and energetic phone presence, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    • Availability: Must be a U.S. Resident and available to work a swing shift schedule, including weekends
