Job Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound sales calls with professionalism and empathy, guiding customers and scheduling appointments
- Communicate effectively in both scripted and non-scripted environments, building rapport with customers and addressing their unique needs
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, utilizing persuasion techniques to influence positive outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and data entry in real-time, ensuring seamless customer interactions
- Respond to email correspondence in a clear and concise manner, enhancing the overall customer experience
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in a call center environment (sales, customer service, collections, or telemarketing)
- An upbeat and results-driven personality with a strong work ethic
- High integrity and a commitment to doing the right thing every time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with customers and peers
- Proficiency in computer and telephone systems, including Microsoft and CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to constant coaching and feedback
Compensation and Hours:
- Hourly wage: $15/hour, plus commission and bonuses
- Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:30 am - 6:00 pm CST
Technical Requirements:
- High-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download)
- Windows operating system
- i5 computer processor (i7 preferred) with 8GB of RAM (12GB preferred)
- Printer/scanner
- Computer or laptop with camera and speakers
- USB headset
- 2nd monitor
