Key Responsibilities:
- Detect and prevent undocumented noncitizens and smugglers from entering the country
- Conduct surveillance, patrols, and searches to enforce immigration and nationality laws
- Respond to emergency situations, such as aircraft sightings and anti-smuggling activities
- Collaborate with other law enforcement agencies to share intelligence and best practices
- Utilize various technologies, including infrared scopes, surveillance systems, and communications equipment

Requirements and Qualifications:
- U.S. citizenship required
- Must be between 18 and 40 years old (unless exempt due to prior federal law enforcement experience)

- Must pass a background investigation, medical examination, and fitness test
- Must be proficient in English and Spanish (training provided)
