We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Behavioral Coach to join our team, working part-time (10-19 hours a week) and collaborating with our clinical supervisors and therapists to deliver high-quality coaching services to our patients. About the Role:
As a Behavioral Coach, you will be responsible for delivering coaching services remotely via video conference and/or phone, supporting the mental and physical health care of our patients, and working collaboratively with our clinical treatment teams. You will receive regular support from our Clinical Supervisors and have access to our intuitive technology and structured programs, enabling you to provide high-quality coaching and witness outstanding results in a short period.

Requirements:
- NBHWC or ICF certification
- 3 years of experience coaching or counseling adults within a mental health capacity
- Available 10-19 hours a week, including evenings and weekends
- Private, dependable access to the internet
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in behavioral health-related field
- Spanish-speaking bilingual skills
Soft Skills:
- Knowledge of cognitive behavioral approaches, short-term therapy approaches, anxiety, and depression
- Experience addressing behavioral health, medical, and life transition challenges with adults
- Solid time management skills and attention to detail
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to manage workload in an independent setting
