We're seeking a highly skilled and strategic AWS Partner Sales Manager to drive new business opportunities, foster our alliance with AWS, and help our customers achieve unparalleled customer experiences.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Relationship Management: Nurture ongoing relationships with AWS partner teams and sellers through regular communication, joint planning sessions, and strategic alignment meetings.
- Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with our internal sales teams to organize and execute lead generation, opportunity nurturing, and customer engagement activities.
- Drive New Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with AWS, leveraging their market position and technological innovations to enhance our CCaaS offerings and expand our customer base.
- Maintain and Elevate AWS Partnership: Ensure our partnership with AWS is maintained and elevated, managing partner status, certifications, and recognition as a top-tier partner.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in sales management, partner management, or business development, particularly in the technology or cloud computing industry.
- Experience working directly with AWS' Partner and channel management processes is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or partner management, preferably within the technology or SaaS sectors.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing and/or the CCaaS industry.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and organizations.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of achieving business objectives.
