Job Description:
We're looking for an experienced Automation Engineer to join our team, where you'll be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using robotics process automation (RPA) and other automation technologies
 - Testing, implementing, and supporting automation solutions to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
 - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop solutions to improve processes
 - Creating comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure automation solutions meet business requirements
 - Performing analysis of organizational needs to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
 - Estimating and defining project timelines, tasks, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
 - Writing documentation to describe automation capabilities and operating procedures
 
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
 - 5-6 years of relevant work experience in automation engineering, software development, or related field
 
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Knowledge of data and process modeling, system and application testing, software development life cycle, and application design and architecture
 - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Pages, and DAX code
 - Programming skills in languages such as Java, JavaScript, C++, Python, SQL, NoSQL, VB, or other configuration/scripting technologies
 - Experience with cloud providers such as Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms
 - Familiarity with robotics and intelligent automation software such as Automation Anywhere, WorkFusion, Blue Prism, UI Path, or NICE NEVA
 - Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies
 - Demonstrated problem-solving, project management, and teamwork/collaboration skills
