We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our sales support team, you will play a key role in scheduling and confirming appointments for our field sales representatives, ensuring they have a steady stream of qualified leads to close deals.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Completing a comprehensive training program to become an expert on our client's services, marketing strategies, and customer relations
- Responding to leads promptly and sending tailored follow-ups via email and text to highlight key pain points and build rapport with potential clients
- Engaging homeowners and decision-makers through phone conversations to understand their needs and gather details on how they heard about our client's services
- Exploring the homeowner's current energy challenges, listening to their concerns, and conveying confidence in our company's ability to provide a solution
- Offering flexible appointment times and reconfirming contact information to ensure seamless communication between our team and the field sales team
- Maintaining detailed notes and updating our CRM to ensure accurate and efficient communication
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly

In terms of system requirements, you will need:
- At least 15mbps for main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
- A desktop or laptop with an i5 processor, 8 GB RAM, and an i3 processor for backup
- A webcam and noise-canceling USB headset
- A quiet, dedicated home office
