As an Amazon Account Strategist, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, overseeing operations, and driving strategy to achieve exceptional results. Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and retention
  • Overseeing client milestones, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Leading retention efforts through proposals, contract negotiations, and upsells/cross-sells
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction, recommending improvements, and ensuring client requirements are met
  • Collaborating with the team to drive strategy, pitch new ideas, and achieve exceptional results
  • Creating engaging social media content, hosting weekly podcasts, and participating in video recordings
  • Conducting account audits, onboarding audits, and ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Updating ClickUp profiles, ensuring team training, and maintaining clear communication between Account Managers and clients

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of Amazon Seller Central experience or comparable knowledge
  • 2+ years of agency experience, with a strong ability to navigate demands and prioritize tasks
  • 2+ years of management experience, with a proven track record of leading teams and overcoming challenges
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Familiarity with workplace tools such as Zoom, Slack, and ClickUp
