Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business change initiatives, including data extraction, compromise, and consolidation, and financial and operational reporting
 - Provide guidance and direction to external vendors, colleagues, and matrixed staff
 - Lead the compromise of data from various sources, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement
 - Act as business lead for system design and testing new capabilities
 - Drive change initiatives and system fixes, ensuring interdependencies are understood and managed
 - Support coordination across shared services and vendors to ensure data integrity and validation processes are in place
 - Analyze tasks, including documenting and assessing key controls
 - Understand strategies, results, and business impacts, and document and communicate findings in written and verbal formats
 
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with IT application development lifecycles and approaches
 - Ability to influence others by transforming data into meaningful and actionable insights
 - Experience reporting business processes, suggesting, and implementing improvement strategies
 - Ability to perform testing capabilities and participate in system design
