Remote Team Lead - Aetna Operations
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Lead to join our remote team, responsible for the day-to-day administration of staff to ensure the effective fulfillment of Aetna's post-service requests. As a Team Lead, you will be accountable for building and maintaining high-performing teams, driving customer-centric responses to requests, and ensuring the achievement of financial, operational, and quality targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure the efficient and effective handling of Aetna's requests, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, efficiency, and quality, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations to drive business outcomes and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and quality standards, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism
Requirements:
- Proven experience in team leadership, operations management, or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving results and driving team performance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and customers
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Aetna's operations, policies, and procedures, or similar experience in the healthcare industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality
