The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: The Freight Processor will be responsible for processing accounts and determining if the Bill of Lading and PO numbers are applied. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering information into the systems provided, ensuring the Vendor Bill of Lading and PO numbers match the Customer Bill of Lading via Corrections, Bill Complete, and the BL images. Works to achieve and maintain an acceptable rate and quality to meet or exceed customer requirements. Hourly rates will apply after training is complete. Potential to assist in the training of employees to perform job. Able to receive constructive feedback with an objective open mind. Wiliness to be cross trained in other departments to meet company daily production commitments. Adheres to all company policies and procedures. Completes all required Compliance Training within the scheduled time. Must actively participate in overtime requirements within the scope of company policies and procedures. Previous Data Entry Experience is a plus but not required Microsoft Office experience preferred File Sharing Experience preferred High Speed Internet is required All equipment is provided - including PC, Monitors, Keyboard and Mouse. Must have high attention to detail Must have High School Diploma or GED Pre-employment skills-based training will be required after the initial interview.
