Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Analyst to join our team, responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing innovative solutions, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. As a key member of our analytics team, you will work closely with account teams, contracting, and other stakeholders to identify variances, optimize processes, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and isolate variances, developing data-driven solutions to optimize business processes and inform strategic decisions.
- Design and implement innovative data visualization strategies to communicate complex data insights to diverse audiences.
- Develop and maintain automated processes to identify data and process integrity issues, providing detailed recommendations for issue resolution and communicating with impacted stakeholders.
- Conduct timely and objective analysis to drive fact-based solutions for strategic business issues, synthesizing internal and external data to inform business decisions.
- Prepare standard and ad-hoc management reports and presentations, utilizing query-based tools to support data mining and analytics.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, meeting quality standards and evaluating customer satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, Business, Actuarial Science, or Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop strategies and project plans that meet department goals.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree or advanced certification in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of advanced coding languages (e.g., SAS, SQL, C++, etc.).
- Experience with business intelligence tools, system administration, and data analytics platforms.
- Pharmaceutical industry knowledge and experience working with pharmacy data.
