Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product listings, including creating, updating, and refining product descriptions, images, and keywords to enhance visibility and sales
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and third-party service providers to ensure seamless inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping processes
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies, promotions, and advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our Amazon store

- Stay up-to-date on Amazon policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize performance
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the e-commerce industry
- Proficiency in navigating Amazon Seller Central and familiarity with its various tools and features
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
