Customer Care Specialist (Remote) - $19/Hour

The Opportunity: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our remote Customer Care team. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the voice of Shoppop, assisting customers with pre- and post-order inquiries, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and contributing to our team's success.
Compensation & Schedule: This is a full-time, direct hire position offering a competitive hourly rate of $19.00. Our call center is open daily from 7 am to 9 pm, and flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required. Compensation is based on market location and may include additional benefits such as equity, sign-on payments, and other perks.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends, product availability, and promotions.
 - Guide customers through the online ordering process.
 - Resolve post-order inquiries related to delivery, billing, and shipping.
 - Utilize software tools to efficiently address customer concerns.
 - Assist customers with both domestic and international issues by coordinating with shipping contractors.
 
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
 - Two or more years of experience in retail, service, or customer service.
 - Proficient in basic math and able to calculate refunds and discounts.
 - Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with a strong ability to listen and interpret customer needs.
 - Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
 - Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including shifts on weekends and evenings.
 - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
 - Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment.
 - Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer.
 
Preferred Qualifications: Fluency in English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, or Russian.
