Airbnb Listing & Guest Management Specialist
Ready to shape exceptional guest experiences and maximize rental income? We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Airbnb Listing & Guest Management Specialist to join our team! This full-time, remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a real impact. You'll be responsible for the end-to-end management and optimization of our Airbnb listings, ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction and revenue generation. What You'll Do:
- Guest Communication & Support: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via live chat, email, and phone, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
 - Seamless Check-in/Check-out: Manage and coordinate check-in and check-out processes for a smooth and hassle-free experience for guests.
 - Create Engaging Guidebooks: Develop and maintain detailed, informative, and visually appealing guest guidebooks.
 - Listing Optimization: Optimize Airbnb listings for maximum visibility and booking rates through compelling descriptions, high-quality photos, and strategic keywords.
 - Safety & Security: Implement and manage AirCover features to ensure guest safety and property protection.
 - Cleaning Coordination: Collaborate with cleaning services to maintain impeccable property presentation and cleanliness.
 - Calendar Management: Proactively manage calendars to prevent double bookings and ensure optimal availability.
 - Automated Communication: Set up and maintain automated responses for efficient and timely communication.
 - Multi-Platform Management: Comprehensively manage listings across multiple platforms, including Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and TripAdvisor.
 - Inventory Management: Oversee stock management to ensure adequate supplies for guest comfort.
 - Pricing Strategy: Utilize pricing management tools (e.g., PriceLabs, Beyond Pricing) to optimize rental rates for maximum profitability.
 
What We're Looking For:
Excellent English communication skills are essential. This is a 24/7 role requiring availability to respond to guest inquiries and emergencies at all times. While most days involve 3-4 hours of work, some days may require full-day coverage. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are comfortable with fluctuating workloads.
