As a Remote Customer Success Advocate, you'll be the voice of our customers, delivering exceptional support and solutions through inbound calls in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You'll leverage cutting-edge technology and a supportive team to ensure customer satisfaction and drive positive outcomes.

- Excels at understanding and resolving diverse customer inquiries.
- Is an active listener with strong probing and questioning skills.
- Has a proven ability to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Is adept at managing objections and reducing customer churn.
- Possesses an enthusiastic and positive attitude.

Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong multitasking abilities.
- A problem-solving mindset and a drive to achieve goals.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
- Prior experience in customer service and sales.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Remote Work Requirements:
- A quiet, distraction-free, and secure workspace.
- Reliable internet connectivity: 2 Mbps upload/10 Mbps download minimum.
- Dedicated, hard-wired internet connection for optimal call quality. Wireless and satellite internet are not supported.
- A smartphone (iOS or Android, 4 years old or newer) for company communications.
