Role: Safety Advocate Location: Remote (US) Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 USD
About X's Safety Team:
X's Safety team is dedicated to ensuring a positive and secure experience for our users. We investigate and mitigate issues that could cause harm, such as spam, fraud, and harmful content. We are a fast-paced, innovative team committed to continuous improvement through data-driven insights and a growth mindset. We are constantly refining our policies, detection methods, and enforcement strategies.
You Will:
- Resolve safety cases and tickets to improve content moderation and customer support processes.
- Work across multiple operational workflows to identify and address safety concerns.
- Provide valuable feedback to product engineering and policy teams to streamline workflows and enhance safety measures.
- Ensure consistent and unbiased application of content moderation policies, exceeding industry standards for user support.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in content moderation or customer support.
- Active X user.
- Experience analyzing operational data and providing recommendations to inform policy and strategic decisions.
- Ability to efficiently and accurately execute daily tasks to meet productivity and quality standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work US shift hours, including weekends and holidays, and be available on-call.
- Non-English language proficiency is a plus.
