Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support through phone and other communication channels.

 - Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
 - Accurately document customer interactions.
 
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
 - Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
 - Excellent communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving abilities.
 - Strong computer skills and proficiency in navigating various systems.
 - Ability to handle a high volume of interactions with accuracy and efficiency.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with health insurance.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
 - Minimum of one year of experience in a call center setting.
