Client Care Specialist - Remote Opportunity

As a Client Care Specialist, you'll be the voice of Aeetna, providing exceptional support and guidance to members through phone, web, and written communication. You'll help individuals navigate their benefits, understand their options, and access the resources they need to achieve better health outcomes.
What you'll do:
- Guide members through their plans, policies, and available resources.
- Build rapport and trust with members by actively listening and understanding their needs.
- Resolve inquiries and issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Advocate for members' well-being by providing accurate information and support.
- Maintain detailed records of all member interactions.
What you'll bring:
- Excellent customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Bonus points for:
- Familiarity with medical terminology.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
