We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Project & Administrative Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our team's efficiency and client satisfaction by expertly managing administrative tasks, coordinating projects, and fostering clear communication.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct industry research and proactively share relevant trends and news with the team.
 - Review and provide constructive feedback on written content to ensure quality, accuracy, and originality.
 - Provide prompt and professional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.
 - Maintain a well-organized system for managing customer inquiries and follow-up tasks.
 - Manage customer refunds and handle chargebacks effectively.
 - Assist in project management by tracking progress and ensuring timely task completion.
 - Identify and escalate project issues or delays to management for timely resolution.
 - Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation.
 - Design and distribute newsletters using Mailchimp.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
 - Proven customer service experience.
 - Experience with Mailchimp is a plus.
 - Experience with WordPress is a plus.
 - Experience with Asana is a plus.
 - Strong organizational skills.
