Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Executive to develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. As a Remote Account Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues. You will also collaborate with our internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing expectations
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts to increase revenue
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on features, benefits, and value propositions
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure renewals and new business opportunities
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, such as pipeline activity, revenue targets, and customer engagement
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review and strategic planning
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities
