Responsibilities:
- Resolve benefit and claims inquiries via telephone from members and providers
- Promote and maintain a positive company image through direct customer contact
- Comply with all laws and regulations associated with duties and responsibilities
- Meet customer service performance goals and expectations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 1 year of customer service or medical office experience required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications
