Responsibilities:
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Meet and exceed performance targets, including customer satisfaction and productivity metrics

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A personal desktop computer or laptop (no MAC or tablets) that meets our technical requirements:
- Processor: I5 processor or better
- Memory: 8 GB of RAM or more
- Internet speed: 50MBPS (cable-connected)
- Operating System: Windows 10 or Windows 11
- Browser: Internet Explorer 11 or Firefox (latest version)
- 2 monitors: capable of displaying at least 1024 x 768 pixels
- Sound card and speakers or headphones
- USB headset
- Approved anti-virus software: ESET or McAfee
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
