Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will:

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A personal desktop computer or laptop (no MAC or tablets) that meets our technical requirements:
    • Processor: I5 processor or better
    • Memory: 8 GB of RAM or more
    • Internet speed: 50MBPS (cable-connected)
    • Operating System: Windows 10 or Windows 11
    • Browser: Internet Explorer 11 or Firefox (latest version)
    • 2 monitors: capable of displaying at least 1024 x 768 pixels
    • Sound card and speakers or headphones
    • USB headset
  • Approved anti-virus software: ESET or McAfee
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
