Full Account Manager - Consumer Packaged Goods

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Account Manager to join our team in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing and potential customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual, company, and client goals
 - Provide coaching and training to assigned staff to enhance their sales skills and performance
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and department contacts
 - Stay up-to-date with client product knowledge and industry trends to identify new sales opportunities
 - Exercise exceptional customer service skills to optimize each customer contact
 - Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and quality standards

Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience
 - High school diploma or equivalent required
 - Intermediate Excel skills and ability to learn new systems
