Digital Marketing Specialist - Paid Media (Remote)

As a Paid Media Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work with eCom and DTC brands, fashion, lifestyle products, and consumer brands, and contribute to the development of innovative marketing strategies that drive real results.

About You:

You're a paid media expert with a strong analytical mindset, always looking for ways to optimize and improve campaign performance. You're proficient in digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic, Video, Native, Rich Media, and Audio Ad formats. You're also skilled in measuring and reporting campaign performance, identifying trends and insights, and brainstorming new and creative growth strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic, Video, Native, Rich Media, and Audio Ad formats.
  • Measure and report campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on data analysis.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, and plan, execute, and measure experiments to drive campaign performance.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience, with previous agency experience preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of marketing tactics on Google and paid social, with experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to build Google Data Studio reports and provide data-driven insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with professional English language proficiency (C1+).
  • Located within LATAM, with the ability to work remotely and collaborate with global teams.
