We're seeking a talented Learning & Development Manager to lead the design, implementation, and scaling of our learning programs. In this role, you'll partner closely with business leaders to embed learning into the employee experience, driving business outcomes and employee growth. With a focus on program design, project management, and facilitation, you'll bring a passion for developing talent and a commitment to creating a culture of continuous learning.
- Develop and deliver learning strategies that align with business needs and company culture, driving employee engagement and growth.
- Design and revise programs for leadership development, onboarding, and upskilling, ensuring that employees have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness and adapt programs based on feedback and data, continuously improving the learning experience.
- Partner with subject matter experts and people managers to facilitate relevant and scalable content across the organization, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, encouraging employees to embrace new challenges and opportunities for growth.
- Develop strong cross-functional partnerships to provide strategic learning and development solutions that drive enterprise consistency and incorporate local differentiation where needed.
- You have 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field, with a proven track record of designing and delivering impactful learning programs.
- You bring strong program design and program management skills, with an emphasis on learning technologies, virtual and e-learning modalities.
- You possess exceptional communication and facilitation abilities, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- You have experience working with employees across a wide range of backgrounds and roles, with a commitment to creating inclusive and accessible learning experiences.
- You understand best practices for working with external learning vendors, buy vs. build decision making, and measuring the success of programs.
- You're proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS), assessments, and survey tools, with a focus on using data to inform learning decisions.
- You build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders, with the ability to navigate complex discussions and drive successful outcomes.
- You're able to analyze trends in multiple sets of data and create overall recommendations that incorporate qualitative and quantitative information from a variety of sources.
- You have the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and employees, with a focus on transparency, clarity, and empathy.
- You utilize an employee-centric and inclusive lens in your approach to L&D programs, with a commitment to creating a positive and supportive learning environment.

Compensation and Benefits
