Senior Product Manager, Mozilla Accounts

About the Role:
We're seeking an outstanding Product Manager with strong technical instincts to understand and navigate the complexities of authentication and identity systems and user experiences. You will prioritize features that drive user value and platform innovation, leveraging data and user insights to drive impact through experimentation and informed product decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with Mozilla's goals, mission, and values.
 - Seek out and leverage data and user insights to drive impact through experimentation and informed product decisions.
 - Translate vision into clear, prioritized requirements and partner closely with engineering, UX, and cross-functional teams.
 - Support internal customers in scaling and growing by investing in new platform capabilities and addressing tech debt.
 - Define and monitor key success metrics to measure product performance and course-correct as needed.
 - Communicate product direction and progress clearly to executives and stakeholders.
 
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a product manager with experience on user-facing products and back-end services.
 - Strong technical acumen and understanding of software architecture.
 - Ability to grasp and navigate complexity, breaking down complex problems and aligning teams around clear priorities.
 - Proven experience collaborating with UX and Engineering throughout the product lifecycle.
 - A data-driven approach to identifying issues and opportunities, making decisions, setting goals, and tracking progress.
 - Curiosity and adaptability, comfortable dealing with ambiguity and operating with minimal direction.
