Business Development Representative (Italian and French Markets)

Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to drive growth in the Italian and French markets. As a key member of our sales team, you will prospect, generate, and qualify leads, and collaborate with Account Executives and the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies. Your exceptional communication skills in Italian and French will enable you to effectively present the Assent solution and value proposition to potential customers and build strong relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, generate, qualify, and follow up on leads and appointment setting for the sales team in Italian and French
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies and initiate lead/demand generation campaigns
  • Pitch new business opportunities with the sales team and subject matter experts, and own follow-through with lead prospects
  • Provide consistent, concise, and accurate internal and external communications, including weekly sales lead gen activity reports to management
  • Effectively communicate and present the Assent solution and value proposition to potential customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, and demonstrate a commitment to the technology industry by staying educated on new regulations, product solutions, and trends
  • Achieve sales lead gen and appointment quotas, and work collaboratively in a team environment and independently
Requirements
  • Goal-oriented with a results-driven mentality and a strong ability to build valuable relationships
  • Fluent in Italian and English, with excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Extremely organized with great time management and accurate data reporting skills
  • Tech-savvy and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a curiosity to learn and grow
  • Ambitious and motivated to succeed every day, with a combination of education and experience that enables you to apply these skills
  • Fluent in English, and fluent in Italian, German, or any of the Scandinavian languages
