About the Role
As a Client Services Lead, you'll provide tactical and strategic leadership to our client services team, working directly with clients to ensure goals and objectives are met. You'll supervise the team on a day-to-day basis, taking ownership of the campaign process from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as primary contact between clients and the client services team, ensuring brand strategy is effectively communicated and understood
 - Develop relationships with key opinion leaders and manage client expectations
 - Demonstrate a deep understanding of the client's brand, therapeutic area, and objectives
 - Use independent judgment to bridge the gap between brand and creative strategy
 - Manage day-to-day client service business, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
 - Anticipate client needs and make recommendations to drive success
 - Lead and set an example for the client services team, delivering high-quality products to clients
 - Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure overall quality control of projects
 - Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports, performing administrative tasks as needed
 
About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent discipline required
 - 7+ years of client services experience within a high-volume advertising agency
 - Self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented, and excellent oral and written communication skills
 - Comfortable working under pressure within tight deadlines
 - Advanced PC experience with all MS Office Suite
