Payroll Consultant (Remote Opportunity)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee payroll processing and transmission for assigned regions, including the US, Canada, and/or LATAM
- Review, audit, and reconcile various payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Research and resolve escalated payroll issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and deliver custom payroll-related reporting for internal and external customers
- Lead system testing for payroll system changes and enhancements, ensuring seamless implementation
- Assist with coordination of information requests relating to financial audits, maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail
- Serve as a subject matter expert for payroll system processes, staying up-to-date on federal, state/provincial, and local payroll and tax regulations
Requirements:
- 6+ years of payroll experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Multi-state/locality, Canadian, and/or LATAM payroll experience preferred
- Workday experience and highly skilled in Excel
- US/Canada/LATAM experience, with Canadian experience required
