About Us: Public Partnerships LLC supports individuals with disabilities or chronic illnesses and aging adults, enabling them to remain in their homes and communities. We are appointed by states and managed healthcare organizations to provide personalized budgeting and financial management services.

Job Summary: As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for preparing monthly and daily reports, performing quality audits, and resolving payroll variances. You will also participate in user acceptance testing, provide subject matter expertise, and support the training of Payroll Operations staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly and daily reports to ensure accurate payroll processing
  • Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Triage Payment Services unassigned CRM Cases and resolve issues promptly
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing to ensure system efficiency
  • Collaborate with the Payroll Supervisor to develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
  • Support the training of Payroll Operations staff to ensure seamless operations
  • Actively participate in special projects to improve departmental efficiency

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Moderate experience with Microsoft Office 365 toolset, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and judgment skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to navigate multiple applications, multitask, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to change and work virtually with minimal supervision
