Call Center LPN – Family Practice (Remote Opportunity)

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct telephonic clinical assessments using approved medical protocols and recommend appropriate levels of care based on clinical judgment and guidelines.
 - Process medication refill requests for over 140 APC providers, ensuring timely and efficient service.
 - Manage high-volume workflows, meeting standard metrics, quality, and KPI standards.
 - Respond to routine requests, using existing procedures and facts to solve problems and conduct analyses.

Requirements:
- Current unrestricted LPN licensure in New York State.
 - Experience navigating patient charts in EMR and knowledge of Primary Care medications and prescribing protocols.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures in a clinical setting.
 - Proven ability to perform routine or structured work and respond to standard requests.
