Responsibilities:
- Address inbound caller needs, ensuring first-call resolution and adhering to established call flows and work processes
- Provide exceptional customer support, maintaining professionalism and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Utilize proprietary software, dual screens, and multiple applications to resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of call handling resources, completing mandated knowledge checks and documenting caller interactions
- Adhere to scheduled shifts, maintaining minimum production and adherence standards
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to interact with individuals in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Reliable telephonic communication and internet services (minimum 10 Mbps download and upload speed, hardwired connection)
- Secure, designated workspace free from distractions
- Ability to work overtime and/or flexible schedules as needed
- 100% attendance during 4-week training and nesting periods
- Adherence to training schedules and policies
