Our OnBrand production team, American Express' in-house creative agency, is seeking a skilled developer to join our ranks and contribute to the development of seamless customer experiences that drive results and unlock value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute development for multiple parallel project engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for digital platforms using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI, copy, and design, to develop cohesive and engaging digital experiences.
  • Ensure that best practices regarding accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and ease of use are integrated into project development from the outset.
  • Develop and guide other developers through the execution and delivery of projects, providing proactive coaching, feedback, and oversight.
  • Partner with the QA team to troubleshoot and resolve defects, identify patterns, and optimize development processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices, ensuring that all digital experiences align with these guidelines.
