Hybrid User Researcher II

We're seeking a passionate and experienced User Researcher to join our Customer Tech team in Boston, MA. As a Hybrid User Researcher II, you will play a key role in delivering positive consumer experiences through research, working closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and analyze research projects that inform product decisions.

This hybrid role offers a flexible schedule, with Monday and Friday remote work options and Tuesday-Thursday in-office collaboration. If you're a user-centric researcher with a desire to drive business impact through data-driven insights, we encourage you to apply.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute end-to-end research projects, defining problem statements, project goals, and research assumptions
  • Scope and select appropriate research methods and tools, supporting recruitment and running research activities
  • Analyze and synthesize data, sharing and socializing findings to influence cross-functional leaders and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with teams such as Product Design, Content Strategy, Product Management, Analytics, and Engineering

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in research, with at least 2+ years of user research experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Factors, Experimental/Cognitive Psychology, HCI, or a related field
  • Mixed methods research experience, with proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Recruitment experience, with ability to define and handle study recruitment needs and logistics
  • Strong analysis and storytelling skills, with ability to present insights to key stakeholders
  • Collaboration skills, with experience working across functions and teams
  • Proficiency in research and design tools such as Qualtrics, Userzoom/Usertesting, Optimal Workshop, and Figma
