Job Overview:

The Client Advocate position was created to support health plans and employers as we take over PR calls. Currently, advocates assist with KI and other projects depending on phone availability. Additionally, health plans rely on CICR to be the experts to navigate claims issues, and advocates are trained to lead complex research and work with different offices to resolve such issues. By permitting the Client Advocate situation to be part of the non-production telephone staff, it places CICR in a strategic position to have backups and build stronger relationships with health plans.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must live in Oklahoma
  • 2+ years of customer support experience handling provider claims issues
  • Ability to speak confidently in large groups with executive management
  • Ability to deescalate difficult provider discussions as needed
  • Critical thinking
  • Ability to train others on processes, workflows, and systems
  • Ability to write professional correspondence documents
