Quality Control Specialist (US/Night Shift) - Remote Opportunity

About the Role:
As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting remote inspections of part photographs, inspection reports, and other documentation uploaded by our US manufacturing partners
- Releasing conforming parts and providing clear and timely information to manufacturing partners about the reason(s) for rejection
- Entering nonconformance information into our proprietary Workbench system to drive improvement actions
- Supporting our industry-leading on-time, in-full (OTIF) performance by ensuring parts are released on time and defect-free
- Collaborating with colleagues in India and the US to improve business processes and increase efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of manufacturing quality control experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working US business hours
- Experience with 3D printed, CNC machined, injection molded, and sheet metal fabricated parts, including finishes
- Good visual acuity and English reading and writing skills
- Strong self-starter skills, with the ability to manage time efficiently and complete work in a timely manner without active supervision
