Job Title: Remote Customer Communication Coordinator
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Remote Customer Communication Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, providing exceptional customer experiences, and supporting our national dispatch operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer a high volume of customer phone calls daily, resolving customer requests and providing timely solutions
 - Monitor and manage our dispatch system to ensure prompt response to customer requests, communicating with field personnel and stakeholders as needed
 - Provide proactive communication with field teams and peers across multiple channels, including email, chat, and phone
 - Perform administrative duties, including time card management, time off requests, and report submission
 - Assist field managers with administrative functions, triage emails, and research customer inquiries
 - Monitor response times, update customer information, and ensure compliance with departmental standards and procedures
 
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience, plus 2-4 years of related experience in customer service or dispatch operations
 - Prior dispatch or call center experience is a plus
 - Strong PC literacy, data entry skills, and ability to monitor and manage group email boxes
 - Excellent non-technical customer support and communication skills, with ability to build customer rapport and minimize escalations
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and demonstrate a positive work attitude
