This includes all aspects of the company, including P&L responsibility, community service and Political Interface. Provide daily direction to multi-disciplined organizational team consisting of Operations Quality Assurance, Supply Chain Management, Configuration Management, Engineering, HR, and Safety, including staffing and tools required for successful program execution. Develop organizational capability, succession plans, and growth paths for employees. • Must be a US Citizen or legally authorized to work in US as a permanent resident. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in a related field with 10+ years industry experience. • Mid-management or executive leadership experience in managing a multi-organizational team and/or a company with full financial responsibility. • Experience with manufacturing processes and procedures. • Experience leading change across the organization including implementation of a common Manufacturing Operating System. Desired skills • Self-starting Individual with strong leadership qualities that can effectively manage a team with minimal oversight. • Knowledgeable of multiple aircraft platforms (C-130, F-16, F-35) and Sub Assembly and Component Assembly experience. • Ability to implement cross-program communication and ensure best practice identification and communication across platforms. • Track record of successful product delivery to customers/clients. • Experience leading large enterprise mission based initiatives. • Ability to manage, coach, train and motivate team in technical and leadership development. • Strong presentation skills and ability to address complex matter / solutions with senior leadership. • Current Secret Clearance. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
