Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our property management services, focusing on client relations, business development, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, ideally in real estate.
Responsibilities
• Manage relationships with vendors and tenants to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct outbound calling to vendors, prospective tenants, and tenants.
• Receive inbound calls
• Utilize worksheets to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of client communications.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating smooth transactions.
Experience
• Proven experience in customer service, inside sales, or telemarketing is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills in English are essential for interacting with diverse clientele.
• Background in customer service or marketing will be beneficial for understanding client needs and promoting services.

This position is work from home and is Part Time on as AS-NEEDED basis. This could mean 0 hours per week sometimes. If you're in the Charlotte area and are interested in doing home walk throughs after tenant move out to take photos and videos and make note of items that need to be fixed, please let us know.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 15 per week
