Responsibilities • Manage relationships with vendors and tenants to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. • Conduct outbound calling to vendors, prospective tenants, and tenants. • Receive inbound calls • Utilize worksheets to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of client communications. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating smooth transactions.
