Regional Portfolio Manager (REF9803F)
                                The Regional Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing a group of assets, enforcing policies and procedures, and meeting client expectations. They will prepare annual operating budgets, monitor project budgets, and make rent and concession recommendations based on market conditions. The role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar leadership role and a high school diploma or equivalency certificate. The manager will be responsible for maintaining a professional appearance, providing training and guidance to employees, and ensuring compliance with FPI Safety Policies and Procedures.
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalency certificate required
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar leadership role, within a Property Management environment
• Certification or designation from an accredited organization, preferred (ARM, CAM, CAPS, COS, CPM, MPM, RMP, etc.)
• Valid Real Estate Salesperson License (requirement varies by state)
• Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English
