Bilingual Virtual Assistant/Scheduler

Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
• Manage office tasks including scheduling appointments, responding to emails, and maintaining organized files.
• Handle customer service inquiries via phone systems and email, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed.
• Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
• Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to type efficiently and accurately while managing multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with computerized systems and office equipment.
