Intelligence Solutions Architect
About the position
Responsibilities
• Apply experience in intelligence and analytic services to craft solutions and write compelling intelligence services proposals.
• Codify intelligence tradecraft in solutions and frameworks aligned with customer missions and strategies.
• Plan and incorporate program components needed to execute customer missions, including staffing and operational practices.
• Assess current state operational environments and recommend practical changes.
• Schedule and host technical exchange meetings with subject matter experts to capture relevant insights.
• Function as a solutions architect within a Business and Proposal Development Process.
• Identify proposal solution resource needs and coordinate additional support as necessary.
• Conduct research to track intelligence and tech domain developments and trends.
• Translate customer solicitation requirements into actionable requirements for total solutions.
• Coach and provide subject matter guidance to proposal and program teams.
• Contribute to proposal writing and coordination of overall capture efforts.
• Assess, score, and report solution quality through all phases of opportunity pursuit.
• Develop Work Breakdown Structures and Basis of Estimate artifacts for proposed solutions.
Requirements
• 15+ years of related experience in Intelligence Analysis (Intelligence or Law Enforcement Communities).
• Bachelor of Arts or Science or advanced degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience.
• Detailed insight in the Intelligence Production cycle and its components.
• Knowledge of theories, principles, practices, and techniques of intelligence research and analysis.
• Expert in researching multiple information sources and aggregating relevant data.
• Expert level oral and written communication skills, including executive level interface.
• Ability to illustrate/visualize processes and organizational structures.
• Ability to develop and apply process-oriented approaches in technical solutions.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience writing or contributing to proposal volumes and artifacts.
• Complementary experience in collection management, strategy, planning, or targeting.
