Your role • Creating and presenting comprehensive assessments of Sephora’s real estate portfolio • Researching the North American commercial real estate market and related trends • Supporting market strategy and portfolio planning activities • Researching alternative channels of real estate and actively seeking creative solutions/opportunities for Sephora North America • Learning and assisting with ad-hoc location strategy and analysis projects Training & development As a Store Development intern, you will have the opportunity to lead or assist on projects using a hands-on approach. Throughout your 10-week internship, you will learn from the best by interacting with industry leaders and collaborating with cross-functional teams. About you • Are currently working on completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field • Have strong analytical, project management, presentation, and communication (written/verbal) skills • Are proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Thrive in a dynamic environment where your role may adapt to business demands • Can manage complex and ambiguous information to effectively solve problems • Are eager to learn, grow, and have fun!
