Job Overview: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and professional DNA Specimen Collector to join our team. The Specimen Collector will be responsible for collecting, labeling, and processing DNA samples in compliance with company protocols and industry standards. ✨ Key Responsibilities: • Perform DNA specimen collections (buccal swabs, etc.) with accuracy and care • Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and chain-of-custody procedures • Maintain a clean and safe testing environment • Provide excellent customer service to clients during the collection process • Follow all compliance, safety, and confidentiality guidelines Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required • Previous experience in specimen collection, medical testing, or healthcare preferred • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Must have vehicle for travel to scheduled appointments What We Offer: • Training and support for success in the role • Opportunity to work in a growing healthcare and compliance industry • Professional and supportive team environment • Obtain HIPAA and Bloodborne Pathogen certifications within 30 days of employment.
