Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for helping women grow through coaching and entrepreneurship? This remote role is designed for those who excel in structured, one-call close environments and are looking for a long-term home with a high-performing team. You’ll work with highly motivated, pre-qualified inbound leads—no cold outreach—guiding them into transformational coaching, certification, and business programs. What You’ll Be Doing: • Conduct 3–4 scheduled Zoom strategy calls per day (90 minutes each) • Use a consultative, heart-centered sales approach to enroll clients in coaching and certification programs • Build meaningful relationships and trust with a primarily female client base • Maintain 50%+ close rates through effective discovery, presentation, and objection handling • Record detailed call notes and pipeline activity in the CRM system • Attend daily team meetings at 8:30 AM PT and participate in ongoing training • Follow a consistent schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time, including one weekend day (e.g., Tuesday–Saturday, Wednesday–Sunday, or Sunday–Thursday) What You Bring: • 3+ years of experience closing in 1 Call Close/ 1 Sit close environment (coaching, consulting, automotive, real estate, etc.) • Confidence in leading one-call close conversations in a high-volume, inbound setting • Experience working with B2C clients—especially women—and a natural ability to create connection and trust • A desire for long-term career growth in a high-performance, values-driven environment • A professional and video-ready home setup • Availability to work Pacific Time hours, including one weekend day Compensation & Benefits: • Full-time position with a performance-based compensation structure • High performers on the team currently earn between $12,000–$20,000 per month • U.S.-based employees are offered W2 employment with full benefits after 90 days (health insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off) • Ongoing mentorship, sales training, and advancement opportunities for those who consistently meet targets Why Join This Team? • Stability: The average tenure on the team is 5+ years for those who pass probation • No Cold Calling: Leads are fully pre-qualified and booked for you • Growth: Daily training and a clear roadmap for performance and promotions • Supportive Culture: Join a like-minded, women-led sales team passionate about changing lives Job Type: Full-time Pay: $120,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Paid training • Vision insurance • Work from home Compensation Package: • Commission pay Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Day shift • Every weekend Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
