Digital Marketing Specialist, Engagement
                                Deliver omnichannel engagement campaigns for The Washington Post to drive reader habit and increase subscription growth. Oversee the day-to-day campaign management including performance optimization, budget management, and audience development. Provide weekly and monthly updates to internal stakeholders regarding performance, metrics and opportunities. Use data insights to develop and improve our go-to-market acquisition strategy. Work with newsroom teams to support organic content discovery on social media. Identify and propose ways to improve performance of targeted audience groups. Monitor new and emerging trends in social media, and helping to educate The Washington Post on these trends. The Washington Post is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our subscriptions marketing team. The specialist will be expected to analyze social engagements, nurture leads, and drive downstream subscription growth.
