Remote School Social Worker (Part-Time | Haitian Creole Bilingual Required) Location: Remote (Must hold FL School Social Work License) Schedule: 24 Hours/Week Grade Levels: Middle & High School School Year: 2025–2026 Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Haitian Creole bilingual School Social Worker to join a virtual team supporting students across Florida. This part-time, remote role serves middle and high school students and involves collaboration with Special Education teachers to meet students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. Key Responsibilities: • Provide virtual counseling and social-emotional support to students. • Collaborate with Special Education staff to support IEP goals and services. • Conduct assessments and maintain documentation in accordance with district and state requirements. • Engage in family outreach and effectively communicate with Haitian Creole–speaking families. • Participate in IEP and team meetings virtually. Requirements: • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW). • Valid Florida School Social Work license or eligibility. • Fluency in Haitian Creole (required). • Experience in school-based settings preferred. • Strong communication and virtual collaboration skills.
