Overview Part of the Finance team, you are the driving force behind keeping the business running smoothly. You play a crucial role in balancing the financial health of our organization with strategic decision-making and long-term planning. From managing expenses to budgeting and forecasting, you help ensure financial targets and objectives are met. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success. Responsibilities The Finance Leader for the Grohe Brand will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and support to the Grohe brand marketing, merchandising and product marketing teams as well as trade sales, SEDO, Water Experience Center (WEC) sales, within LIXIL Americas representing 10% of overall brand sales and 40% of the LIXIL Americas commercial sales. This role will ensure fiscal integrity, drive business transformation, and enhance business understanding throughout the value chain by developing insightful analysis and navigating risks and opportunities. The Finance Leader will partner with sales and marketing leaders to manage spending controls, customer profitability, rebates and commissions, and ROI analysis on spending and investments. This role reports to the Leader, Americas Finance. Qualifications • Serve as a strategic business partner to trade sales, SEDO, WEC Grohe brand, merchandising and product marketing teams, providing insightful financial analysis and decision support. • Develop and manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for trade sales, Grohe brand, and product marketing initiatives. • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales performance by channel, brand, and category, focusing on drivers of gaps or stronger performance versus prior year, AOP, and prior quarter. • Monitor and analyze product and channel profitability, enhancing P&L architecture and developing gross margin analytics models. • Support Grohe brand demand creation with project specifiers, interior designers, and global hospitality and showrooms. • Recommend business expansion initiatives through incremental volume, cost containment, manufacturing sourcing, pricing and customer programs. • Oversee spending controls, manage rebates and commissions, and perform ROI analysis on marketing and sales investments. • Investigate and address significant drops in sales unit price for key SKUs, determining if they are due to pricing strategy or excessive promotional activity. • Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to identify and implement countermeasures for sales gaps. • Review and provide financial insights on daily order run rates and their drivers. • Work closely with HR and other finance functions to ensure accurate tracking of costs and alignment with organizational structure. • Present financial performance, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA and/or CPA preferred • A minimum of 15 years in Finance leadership preferably within a consumer goods or retail environment, with emphasis on: • Strong analytical skills with the ability to drill down analysis to SKU level and understand the impacts of volume, sales price, and standard cost on profit. • Capable of operating and influencing at the most senior level of the business • Results-orientation with a commitment to quality, service and customer satisfaction • Operating in a complex and diverse systems environment • Timely decision making and ability to communicate effectively in a distributed organization • Demonstrated ability to lead people in a team / global environment whether with direct reporting lines or in a matrix • Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. • Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for business leaders • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Business Objects, Tableau, Power BI) • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team Hiring Range The Hiring Salary Range for this position is $149,000- $230,000 annually. (Salary offer to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
