Sr. Operational Project Leader - Open Reporting
Job Description Summary
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and operationally exceptional Senior Leader to oversee the technology, analytics, and operational execution of our Global Open reporting Program. This leader will be responsible for the end-to-end management of platforms and tools that enable concern reporting, case management, and data analytics, reinforcing a global culture of trust, transparency, and accountability. This leader will ensure compliance to Global Regulations governing Whistleblowing/Open reporting program requirements which include policies and specific reporting requirements, leveraging technology to aid in compliance.
This critical role ensures that employees around the world can safely and effectively raise concerns, while also enabling robust reporting and monitoring that help the business assess risk, anticipate issues, and make values-aligned decisions.
In this highly collaborative position, you will work closely with the Senior Executive Open reporting/Open Reporting Leader, Executive Investigations leader, Segment Chief Compliance Officers, and global ethics and compliance teams to ensure the program meets regulatory requirements, supports business priorities, and protects the company's reputation.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
• Own the global case management system as product owner, overseeing configuration, upgrades, user experience, and vendor relationships.
• Lead evaluation, implementation, and continuous improvement of emerging technologies (e.g., AI tools, analytics dashboards) that support case handling, insight generation, and program outcomes.
• Implement and maintain systems that enable concern reporting, case lifecycle management, and analytics - including vendor oversight, change/project management, and system optimization (e.g., corrective action automation).
• Drive continuous improvement for the Open reporting program, working in close partnership with the Deputy Ombuds Leader to manage Global Open reporting Program project such as EU Whistleblower compliance (tools and program compliance). Partner with key functional leaders to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements regarding open reporting/whistleblower regulations (timing of investigations, corrective actions, etc.).
• Develop data analytics strategy for Open reporting, ensuring data integrity, governance, and standardized reporting. Define actionable KPIs and performance metrics that align with enterprise risk, compliance, and culture goals as well as Audit Committe, Board and other key reporting
• Lead the strategic coordination and cross-functional alignment of the enterprise-wide reporting rhythms, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of key Audit Committee metrics/data, quarterly and year-end reporting, and other critical regulatory and business reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and functional teams (e.g., Compliance Officers, Business Leaders, HR, Digital Technology) to deliver insights and trends that inform strategy, employee support, and program effectiveness, identifying areas not only for improvement but for collaboration/projects to ensure success of Open reporting Program
Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in data, systems, project management or compliance operations - including KPI/KRI metric reporting and analysis of data
• 5+ years of experience in Ethics & Compliance, Internal Audit, HR Operations, Digital Technology performing investigations, audits or involvement in a open reporting program.
• 3+ years in project management or leading a team.
• Proven ability to lead and evolve technology-based programs in highly regulated, culturally diverse, and global environments.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate data into insights and influence senior leadership.

If contracted in the US:
The base pay range for this position is $150,000 - 200,000 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus.
